Wilson Daniels is a Canadian Singer-songwriter born in Oakville, Ontario. Wilson's home-cooked, roots-inspired music spans many genres including Roots, Americana, Country, Southern Soul, Bluegrass, Reggae, Folk and Gospel. Wilson’s more notable performance and/or songwriting collaborations include “Whiskey Bride” - Wilson Daniels (D.Wilson), “I Got My Girls” - Charissa (D. Wilson/C. Pavlou), “The Grifter’s Life” - Ron Baumber (R. Baumber/D. Wilson) and most recently “Country Strong” - Jonny Porter (D. Wilson). When Wilson is not working on sync placements and artist pitches he is making preparations for his debut album “Ramblings of a Wayward Heart”. Recently through this Nashville based publisher Wilson’s song “Sistershine” was under consideration by “The Chicks”(Dixie Chicks) for Gaslighter and “The Sisterhood Band” (Ruby Stewart). Wilson also secured a recent hold for his Spaghetti Western infused Roots Rock tune “Country Strong” for the CBS mini series “The Stand” (based on Stephen King’s classic) created by Ben Cavell “Vertigo Entertainment” (Homeland, Justified).

There is nothing more rewarding than sharing a new song that invokes an authentic emotional response in a total stranger. I would be satisfied with my legacy as a singer-songwriter if I could leave just one song tattooed on your soul - for me that would be success.
